TreeTops is an outstanding accommodation that has a tree top view of the Piankatank River. It is a 1,100 square foot apartment that was built in 2012 with 10’ to 12’ ceilings, hardwood floors and custom cabinetry with granite counter tops in the kitchen area. The spacious bath features stone floors and vanity-top, plus a tiled tub and shower area. The large bedroom has a Queen bed and custom-made bed skirt and window treatments. A small alcove with love seat, coffee table and rocking chair are perfect for quiet moments in your bedroom. The apartment has been designed to delight and accommodate our guests in complete comfort during their stay with us. A 235’ pier and extensive grounds are available for your use.
Near the Piankatank River Bridge in Middlesex County, Virginia, TreeTops is offered for multiple night stays and weekly rentals. TreeTops exceptional amenities are displayed in the slide show above. We encourage you to make your reservations early for your spot on the river.
The mooring of your boat at our 235' pier is complimentary.
Each cottage offers WIFI and cable TV. Complimentary breakfast foods are provided for our guests: Coffee and Tea Assortment, English Muffins, Butter and Jellies, a Cereal Selection and Fresh Milk and Cream for your coffee. All you will need for a simplified breakfast at your leisure.

Discounts are available for extended visits. Your personal cottage preview is available upon request.
Check-in time is 3:00pm or earlier by prior arrangement. Check-out time is 11:00am. Deposit is returned if notice is given 15 days or more prior to arrival date. Deposits are forfeited if notice is given less than 15 days before arrival unless the cottage can be re-booked with another guest or, you are encouraged to apply the deposit to a future stay. Holiday weekends (July 4th, Labor Day, Memorial Day) require a 21-day cancellation notice. Cancellations without notice will be charged the entire amount of the reserved stay. All cottages are smoke free environments.
